In 2020 Bestwest Care training and agency services will reflect the recent reforms in the aged care/disability sectors that will allow older people and people with a disability to trust and confidently seek services and support, to continue with independent life whether the individual resides in the community or in a residential nursing home.

We aim to be a leading training provider in community and health industries, to provide a future workforce that is equipped with a range of varying skills and emotional intelligence, workers that promote and embrace cultural safety and assist in creating an environment which is safe for frail older people and people with disabilities.

Bestwest Care empowers people to be the best they can be and achieve more. We value our customers, both corporate and individual, and uphold the highest standards.  We strive to ensure that every learner has the opportunity to achieve his/her fullest potential. Through discussing study options, careers and pathways at the starting point for each learner, we ensure their journey through VET will create the foundation for a rewarding career.
