Employment Criteria

To apply for Bestwest Care Agency Workforce, applicants are required to have the following.

Registered or Enrolled Nurses

• RN or EN Registration
• Current Manual Handling Certificate
• Current Provide First Aid and CPR
• National Police Clearance
• Current Driver’s Licence and transport
• Current Influenza Vaccination

Aged Care Workers

• Minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support
• Minimum of 6 months experience in an aged care facility (or similar)
• Current Manual Handling Certificate
• National Police Clearance
• Current Driver’s Licence and transport
• Current Influenza Vaccination
• NDIS Orientation
