Trainer and Assessor

Bestwest Care is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 51585) based in Kwinana that specialises in training the next generation of qualified and skilled health and aged care staff. We’re currently on the lookout for trainers and assessors to join our growing team.

The role:

Our trainers and assessors are the lifeblood of our organisation – delivering training to our students to prepare them for their careers in the health and aged care sector. Our trainers are also responsible for assessing students during and at the end of each course.

We have full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available with flexible working arrangements.

Requirements:

Must have Certificate IV in training and assessment or be working toward the qualification
Must have a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
Other qualifications in ageing, disability or mental health are desirable
You must be based in Perth and have the right to work in Western Australia
