In 2001, Margaret recognised the challenges faced by Aged Care providers in finding quality, well-trained, and skilled staff and established Bestwest Care to address this need. A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing, Margaret has accumulated extensive experience in the Health and Aged Care sectors, including roles in Community and Public Health, Aged Care, human resource management, change management, and implementation.
