Nadia –
Nadia is a Trainer and Assessor. She is also an Enrolled Nurse with many years experience.
Sarah –
Sarah is a Trainer and Assessor and assists with the support of our Certificate III learners.
Simona –
Simona has recently joined us in a sales and marketing role.
Cathy –
Cathy has joined us and is assisting with our agency scheduling. Cathy was a previous student of Bestwest Care and after working a number of years as a care worker has moved into our office team.
Sam –
Sam has commenced with Bestwest Care and is supporting our learners as they move through to their practical experience.
Tracey –
Tracey has recently joined our on-call team. Tracey previously worked for Bestwest Care in the administration and training areas.
Margaret Mazzucchelli – Director
Margaret is a Registered Nurse and has a Bachelor of Applied Science – Nursing. Margaret has had a wide variety of experience in the Health and Aged Care sectors including Community and Public Health, Aged Care, human resource management, change management and implementation.
In 2001, after many years as a leader and manager in both public and private Health and Aged Care settings, Margaret established Bestwest Care. Bestwest Care commenced as a staffing agency before registering as a Registered Training Organisation in 2005.
Margaret was well aware of the problems faced by Aged Care providers and their need for quality, well-trained and skilled staff, and set up the organisation to provide qualified staff to Aged Care facilities throughout WA, as well as professional industry training.
Maggie Rushton – Training Manager and Associate Director
Enthusiastic, professional and dedicated Training manager with a broad range of knowledge, skills and experience in the VET and community/ health sectors. Maggie’s aim is to establish a training team that is equipped with both skill and character, are innovative and creative-minded, collaborate and work together as a team, to develop and deliver high class, engaging training programs that yield maximum results for both the learner and the company!
Kayla – Trainer & Assessor
Kayla has been working in aged care for many years both as a Care Worker and as a Trainer and Assessor.
Kayla has had an interest in aged care since she was young, having several family members in the industry. She has many years industry experience and enjoys her role as Trainer and Assessor, sharing experiences to educate and empower learners. Kayla particularly enjoy discussions with learners, bringing real life elements to the classroom and creating a fun, positive learning environment for all.
Erina –
Erina has re-joined the Bestwest Care team after a short break.
Erina is passionate about all aspects of care provision, both in the aged care sector and in the support given to our students from diverse backgrounds and levels of education. Her drive and enthusiasm is an inspiration to both students and colleagues. She is proud to be part of an organisation which has demonstrated positive outcomes in achieving student’s goals.
Sharon –
Sharon is an experienced Trainer and Assessor with significant industry experience. Sharon looks after our learners studying CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and health as well as supporting our certificate II learners. She is a great asset to our training team.

Leanne –
Leanne is part of our admin team, providing support to learners, staff and other clients. Leanne has had many years’ experience within the aged care sector which is an invaluable asset when scheduling learners for practical placements.
